Tiger's amends was part of his recovery... He did the best he could. It was not perfect. He's not perfect. He is on a journey... Why don't we let him take it instead of judging him every step he takes either falteringly or steadily; either well or poorly. He didn't ask us to forgive him, merely to find room to maybe someday forgive him. I think I owe him that much, and I don't even like golf that much.
Your blog is wonderful,I like it very much.Your article is wonderful, can you tell me how did you do it?

The only thing wrong with the apology was the media's (and through them, the public's) sense of entitlement over the apology. Tiger really didn't owe us anything, though I appreciate his recognition that his actions did affect his fans.
I hope we, the public, can grow up a little and recognize that moment was about (and for) Tiger and his recovery, not about us.

I was actually very pleased with Tiger's apology. He OWNED his mistakes (sins) and he correctly identified where he went wrong. He actually used the word 'entitlement'.
